Egworld.net was formed in July of 2007.  Greg LaTorre (EG Coolatta TX), Michael Blackwell (EG Michael TX), Joseph (EG Doctor KY), Jason Freilich (EGL Extreme NYC), Jason Milsom (EGM Sage NY), Toby Monette (EG Toby 0ne NC) & Steve Kozaczka (EG Bills NY) were the original founding members.  They came together and created an idea called a gaming community were as members would be able to voice their opinions about the community and leaders and have fun.  Jordan Hoff (Defy Grid) has since joined them and added his expertise of website development and management.

     The members of Extreme Gaming have aspirations of becoming the largest gaming community ever created
