Command Master Chief

The Command Master Chiefs are the original founder of Extreme Gaming and will be involved in all major decisions

Master Chief

The Master Chiefs are a group of individuals who have proven thier loyalty and trust to EG. They will have a vote in all major clan decisions.

Senior Chief

The Senior Chiefs are chosen by the Master Chiefs and the Command Master Chiefs. They will need to relay messages to the Chief Officers and ensure everything is run smoothly

Chief Officer

The above stated symbols are reserved for the said leaders so everyone in the community will be able to identify their rank through out.

The Chief Officers (CO's) have the freedom to choose what ever background and color they want for their individual team(s). The use of symbols for their team(s) is up to them as well. These decisions will be discussed and/or communicated with the Senior Chief. All members of a team are expected to comply with these chosen schemes.

Chief Officers are also expected to begin discussing ideas with the Senior Chiefs and/or Master Chiefs for organizing their teams on the forums. If there is something you need created on your teams forum page, or what ever, discuss it with them so we can get it done for you guys. This is important since once we get it in place, eventually you, as a Chief Officer, will have Moderator status of your individual teams forum, so let's get that started as well.

All of these things are for administrative purposes so we can keep the EG Community organized, and thus running as smooth as possible, keeping the lines of communication open as best as possible.

If you are new to the experience of a gaming community, this may not make sense to you right now, but as you become acclimated to how things are run, I hope you will come to see the importance of structure with in a community. For now though, your cooperation is GREATLY appreciated.
